Trajan Decius; 249-251 AD, Cremna, Pisidia, AE 18, 3.80g. RPC-977 (1 spec.), pl.67 = Aulock, Pisidien II-1463 (same dies). Obv: IMP CAI (?)DECIVS PF A Bust laureate, draped r. Very rare: Aulock and RPC record only seven coins of Decius himself (more for his family members) at Cremna, namely one coin like ours in a private collection (RPC-977, same dies), another small coin with Silvanus reverse in Paris (RPC-978), and five specimens of an AE 33 with Wolf and Twins reverse (RPC-971). Note the clear DECIVS in the obverse legend of our coin: Aulock and RPC wrongly restore DECIV[M].. aEF
